About Me
Amy Markoff Johnson, MA, LMFT
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License #165031) in private practice in the state of California. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I work in person in Los Altos, as well as online.
I have a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and completed my training at the YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley, where I worked with survivors of sexual trauma and domestic violence, as well as pre-teens and adolescents with a variety of concerns. I have worked for the past five years in private practice with a diversity of clients. I also have nearly two decades of experience with Twelve Step recovery programs.
I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD later in life, and I enjoy working with others whose brains work differently.
